Sebastien is French and used to like the crêpes his grandmother from Brittany used to cook him. After having worked in the restaurant business in for a good while he associated himself with Kasia to create Fleur De Sel Catering.

Touting a spirited 32+ year history rooted in a passion for travel and the art of fine French baking, Sébastien Ridoux, raised and schooled in France, co-founded with Kasia Fleur De Sel Catering in Limerick. Mr. Ridoux and Kasia continue since then to romance the palettes of discerning clientele.

Guided by the mantra that “crêpe making is painfully remiss without superb customer service and meticulous, individualized attention”, Kasia and Sébastien are inspired by quality ingredients, variety and the unique beauty found in fine European edibles and elixirs.
